What is Equelle Extras?

Equelle Extras is the Equelle loyalty rewards program. Earn exclusive discounts and free gifts for successfully receiving your Equelle orders without delaying, skipping, or cancelling any shipments. 

*The Equelle Extras program is exclusive to your first 5 orders.

You are eligible to earn rewards through the Equelle Extras program for your first 5 subscription orders with no delay, skip, or cancel in between. After your first 5 orders are complete, the program ends and your order streak will no longer count toward receiving rewards in the future.

How do I opt in?

As long as the program is live, all Equelle customers who purchase a subscription on Equelle.com will be opted into the Equelle Extras program. 

Where do I see what I’m getting?

Once you make your subscription purchase, your Equelle portal will automatically update to reflect your order streak (up to 5 orders). As you continue to successfully receive your subscription orders, your portal will update to show what rewards you will receive for reaching each milestone. Each time you earn a discount or free gift, you will receive an email notification.

What do I get?

You will receive either a discount off of your next order or a free gift to be included in your next order for making sequential purchases without skipping or delaying your shipments. These rewards are eligible to be earned during the sequence of a customer's first 5 subscription purchases.

Do I have to participate?

You do not have to participate in the Equelle Extras program. While the program does not change anything about your subscription or the information you share with us, you may withdraw by emailing our Customer Success team at hello@equelle.com. See full terms and conditions here.
